1. Why can’t I see my entry in the Gallery?

Your entry will be shown after getting approval, usually one workday after submission.
2. How are the winners picked?

The winners are picked randomly with a third party app. We will review the entries to make sure that all winners have submit their answers as required. Otherwise, we will repick winners.
3. What if I accidentally submit the wrong answer?

You can contact us on social media or through social@snapmaker.com. We will help to reset your entry.
4. How do I know if I win?

We will announce the results on our official social media accounts. Soon after that, we will contact the winners through the email addresses they used to log in the widget.
5. If I win, how do I claim my prize?

We will contact you through the email address you logged in with and please reply to claim your prize.
